Privacy Policy

Draft prepared July 10, 2026 — not yet reviewed by counsel. This page is a starting point, not a finished legal document. Have it reviewed and finalized (with a real effective date and your registered business details filled in) before relying on it.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Seynora (“we,” “us”) collects when you use our website or our AI phone agent service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account & billing information — name, business name, email, phone number, and payment details (processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers ourselves).
  • Call data — when someone calls a Seynora-powered line, the call is recorded and transcribed. This may include the caller’s name, contact details, appointment or case information, and anything else said on the call.
  • Calendar & integration data — if you connect a calendar (e.g. Google Calendar) or other tools, we access the data needed to check availability and book appointments.
  • Website usage data — standard technical data (pages visited, browser/device type) from visiting seynora’s website.

How we use this information

  • To operate the service — answering calls, booking appointments, logging tickets, and surfacing everything in your dashboard.
  • To improve call quality and the accuracy of the agent’s responses.
  • To bill for the service and communicate with you about your account.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Call recording & consent

Seynora is inbound-only: calls are only answered when a caller dials in, never initiated as outbound solicitation. Call recording notice requirements vary by state (some require all-party consent). It is the customer’s (business’s) responsibility to ensure their use of call recording complies with the laws of the states in which they operate, including any required recording disclosure at the start of a call.

Third-party service providers

We share data with the vendors that power the service, including:

  • Voice synthesis / conversational AI providers (e.g. ElevenLabs) to generate the agent’s voice.
  • Calendar providers (e.g. Google Calendar) to check availability and book appointments.
  • Our database and hosting infrastructure, to store call logs, transcripts, and account data.
  • Our payment processor, to handle billing.

These providers only receive the data needed to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data retention

We retain call recordings, transcripts, and account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes. [Specific retention periods to be finalized.]

Your rights

Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Children’s privacy

Seynora is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the data we hold, but no system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page.
