Terms of Service

Draft prepared July 10, 2026 — not yet reviewed by counsel. This page is a starting point, not a finished legal document. Have it reviewed and finalized (with a real effective date, governing-law jurisdiction, and your registered business details filled in) before relying on it.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Seynora’s website and AI phone agent service (the “Service”), operated by Seynora. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Seynora provides a done-for-you AI phone agent that answers inbound calls, books appointments, logs complaints/tickets, and (where enabled) sources and enriches leads, along with a dashboard for reviewing calls, bookings, and leads.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when setting up your account and are responsible for activity that occurs under it. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business whose calls Seynora will handle.

Fees & billing

Fees, billing cycle, and payment terms are as described at signup or in your order form. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Place outbound solicitation or telemarketing calls — Seynora is inbound-only by design and is not to be used to circumvent that.
  • Violate any applicable law, including telemarketing, consumer-protection, or call-recording laws.
  • Route calls or store data you do not have the legal right to handle.
  • Interfere with or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.

Your responsibilities as the customer

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, scripts, and knowledge base you provide to configure your agent, and for complying with call-recording disclosure requirements and other laws applicable to your business and the states you operate in.

Intellectual property

Seynora retains all rights to the Service, including the underlying software, agent configuration tooling, and dashboard. You retain ownership of your own business data (call recordings, transcripts, customer information) processed through the Service.

Confidentiality

We treat call recordings, transcripts, and account data as confidential and will not disclose them except as needed to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” While we work to make the agent accurate and reliable, AI-driven conversation can make mistakes. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seynora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid in the [three (3)] months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Service as described in your order form or with [30] days’ notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a material violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [state/jurisdiction to be finalized].

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
